This song has stuck with me for years. It is so perfectly executed. Paul, a friend of a friend, played this song at Pete's Candy Store and I was stung. The cadence of Paul's voice, the tone, the most perfect lyrics and the strumming of his guitar puts this song on my "desert island mix". (hmmmm what would I play my desert island mix with? Today sucks for people in relationships who celebrate each other every day and know this holiday is crock of shit.
